Got me beat. Only 88 right now.

โ€œCry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!โ€

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terroristsโ€™ "due process". โ€” Buck Sexton

Ah, life in the Blue Ridge. Balmy sunshine, mid-80s, fluffy clouds, just enough breeze to chase away the humidity and make you sigh with pleasure. ๐Ÿ˜‘

It's beautiful here. Daytime high of 75.

I'm off to Arizona soon - will probably be a bit warmer.

        I was only joking

78 and sunny today. I have been enjoying the MN weather so far and have found spring to be more spring-like and fall to be more fall-like than in Virginia when those seasons seemed shorter and shorter each year. To further...I have observed the MN weather to be:

          • April-June: Spring... temps normally in the 50s-70s.
          • July-Aug: Summer... temps in the 80s, quite a few hot days.
          • Sept-Nov: Pure fall... crisp temps, long-lasting fall foliage, temps in the 40s-60s
          • Dec-Feb: Snow on the ground... temps between -10 and 25

In other words... pretty darn clear 4 seasons.

Oops, I forgot March. Meh... March was half a surprise snow shower, and half warm and muddy from the melt. Fuck March, amirite.

Back to the topic, yesterday we did have a fluke temp in the upper 90s but a constant breeze made if feel like the 80s. This coming Sunday/Monday we should be near 100 though, it happens.

            @89th All true ๐Ÿ‘
Minnesoooooota has a mix of some days of crazy winter balanced by oodles of wonderful weather. Even our kiddo now sees that Minnesoooooota weather is pretty darn nice, and that's compared to Oregon.

Looks like the Midwest is getting hit again with high heat. pant pant

Here in Thailand, 10:30 at night.

In Fahrenheit, temp is 84. Dew Point is 78.

Fun fact: when you average the temperature over 24 hours per day and 365 days per year, Bangkok is the hottest city in the world. Temperature is pretty steady year around. 100 during the day, 80 at night. Dew point rarely goes below 70.

The graph below show the per cent of each day that is in the various dew levels.

              <55 dry
              55-60 comfortable
              60-65 humid
              65-70 muggy
              70-75 oppressive
              greater than 75 miserable

I don't have to walk very long outside to be sweaty. LOL

I'm in downtown Chicago right now.

                  94 degrees at10:30 AM.

As D2 would say, "It's hotter than Satan's balls."

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

I'm about to fly into triple digit TX heat, for the next several days. Not the best marketing for the state. I'll be liable to move to AK instead.
