That's how long it took on the phone to cancel Optimum cable.
By the end I had to plead with them to stop the upsell/extension attempts. Finally I said "if you offer me a lifetime of free GB broadband I shall turn it down on principle."

It's the same thing when you call for repair on a warranty-covered item.
"If you're the homeowner, we'd like to offer you a free estimate on roofing, window replacement..."

That's what we've had since September. Flawless, and the TV is all on wifi. No more cables in the house. Cut my bill in half.
