That's a BMI of 30.4. The cutoff for "obesity" is 30.

Seeing pictures, I'm inclined to agree. However, even if you add 25 lb to that, his BMI is 33.75. Hardly the definition of "morbidly obese." That's a BMI of 40.

Maybe but his face doesn’t have the morbidly obese look. I’d guess another 15-20 on the 244.
