I do plenty of work and family Teams meetings with it - it looks a lot better than the inbuilt laptop camera.
-
I use a "real" camera as a webcam - you can basically use any camera as webcam with a HDMI to USB converter (Elgato Cam Link). The image quality is a million times better. I use a Blue Yeti USB microphone for audio. Maybe that setup would be overkill for you.

This is what I use. It seems to have very good video and audio, and also is what is on most corporate/work computers too, so I think it's one of the leading webcams out there.
@Klaus since I work from home and have various virtual meetings, I just purchased a USB microphone too and will test it out today to see if the audio quality is significantly better than the mic on the webcam.

@89th I use a pair of earbuds with built-in microphone. For online meetings, it works very well. Earbuds (or headphones) bring the audio straight to your ears, cutting down on outside noises as well as not bothering others should there be others around you, and on most occasions the mic built into the earbuds/headphones work better than the mic on the computer because it’s closer to your mouth and further away from the computer’s fan and other sources of electrical noise.

I use a cheap $40 thing from Nexigo, it only does 1080p, but it's fine for online chats and what-have-you, and has built-in mic's.
The exact one I have isn't available any more, but there's a few on Amazon which are similar

Is the angle of the camera adjustable?
Because I slouch.

Yes, it swivels up and down so you can adjust the angle
