Yeah, the female bishop is from the St. John's in Georgetown, not the one by Lafayette. But, the female bishop was at Lafayette during the time of the incident.

Ignoring this incident for a moment. I wish politicians would stay away from religion. Particularly at a time like this.
There's nothing remotely godly about any of what's going on at the moment.

I don't have any use for him either. You seem to think that if a Catholic priest is a Leftwing rhubarb I should believe him because he's a priest. To me, he's just another Leftist.

And I wish preachers would stay out of politics. Especially those from apostate denominations.

They used to have a complete grip on it but Martin Luther stood up to them, and now people are able to read and study it themselves and they can't tell you what to think any more.

@Larry fair. Iโm no Christianologist. I assumed Catholics counted though - or at least have a good grip on scripture.

Apparently it depends on whom you ask.

There's a lot of apostate talk that goes on here.

I'm proud to be both apostate and heretic.

I have no problem with some Catholics. I think a lot of people in the Roman Catholic church have lost their way. Many have not.
The Catholic church is much more conservative here, much like the Episcopalian church. In fact, I really like the local Episcopalian guy...I think he's pretty theologically sound on most of the major things and is a pleasure to work with.
Of course, his Baptist mother raised him right.
