Isn't it nice to have something other than pandemic to talk about?
I just wonder who else thinks that would be a good idea too.

I was driving on the freeway about a half hour ago, and there were people on an overpass hanging a banner.
The banner had huge writing on it, "Boy Trump."Beats me. Seems like a lot of work to make, and then hang a banner, if that's all you can come up with. Boy Trump. I bet that hurts The Donald deeply.

Kind of ambiguous too.

I am sure I'm being tribal but in my mind there is no question that the environment which allowed for such large scale rioting and looting was intentionally put into place by the left. What do you know, an outrage culture has few limits on its behavior when it gets outraged. Film at 11, if it's not burned by then.

It's far too widespread for this to be homogenous. You've got shit-stirrers, professional anarchists, lefty operatives, curious onlookers, civil protesters, and people out of work with nothing better to do. On the side of the police you've got George Floyd sympathizers, lifers who hate anybody who isn't blue, those who want to protect their community, guys who showed up for their shift, and bored assholes who want to say they got into the shit.
But yes, the most extreme out of both sides will drive this.

Good analysis, @Aqua-Letifer
@Mik yeah I was thinking earlier how this distraction probably helps Trump. And could galvanize his base a bit.
