Also a poignant moment from Minnesota:

      https://nypost.com/2020/05/29/restaurant-owner-says-let-my-building-burn-amid-george-floyd-protests/

A Minneapolis restaurateur whose restaurant was set on fire by the protestors said to "let my building burn," prioritizing the community over his own building. His daughter later posted: "Gandhi Mahal May have felt the flames last night, but our firey (sic) drive to help protect and stand with our community will never die! ..."

Wouldn't the prevention of the fire be prioritizing his community? What is the community benefit of burning down a building?

          Please love yourself.

            Maybe the building was patriarchal.

            Only non-witches get due process.

It was an absurd mouth-noise meant to demonstrate the noise maker's virtue which doesn't track back to anything rational, except maybe the self-interest of the restaurant owner in their quest to be accepted by the mob.

Nice place you have here. Sure would be a shame if nothing bad happened to it....

To even have to ask this question is quite shocking but it’s definitely a tribe that benefits from anarchy.

If the father said the protest would be worth the spread of Covid and loss of lives including potentially his family that would be impressive.

The cleanup efforts are good to see, I saw one black father bring his two kids to help clean up, saying this is the example he wanted to show, not the rioters’ example.
