I might be jumping to conclusions here, but I'm guessing they don't get particularly well paid.

Unbelievable idiots, a really stupid, stupid word choice
However, I have no problem with a conversation about wages being cause for termination. That was the way at EDS when I worked there. If anyone there hung up a STUPID memo with a headline like that, they would have been slaughtered.
