The first impeachment was a result of the Russia! hoax and some really shaky Ukranian stuff, with much less validity than Biden's dealing in Ukraine. The second was related to January 6th and again, was purely political in nature.

Trump's first impeachment came after a formal House inquiry alleged that he had solicited foreign interference in the 2020 U.S. presidential election to help his re-election bid, and then obstructed the inquiry itself by telling his administration officials to ignore subpoenas for documents and testimony. This was proven to be completely false, and Trump was acquitted of all charges.
The second impeachment happened about a week before he left office, "House Democrats introduced just one article of impeachment against Trump: “incitement of insurrection.” The president “willfully made statements that encouraged—and foreseeably resulted in—imminent lawless action at the Capitol,” the resolution reads. “Incited by President Trump, a mob unlawfully breached the Capitol, injured law enforcement personnel, menaced Members of Congress and the Vice President, interfered with the Joint Session’s solemn constitutional duty to certify the election results, and engaged in violent, deadly, destructive, and seditious acts.”
All totally bull shit, no evidence has been found to back up the claim, lots of evidence that shows he did the exact opposite.

One-term Presidents of the last fifty years or so? Trump ranks well ahead of Carter. Maybe ahead of Bush41, I don't know, time will tell. Another that time will tell on, is JFK. Much of his Presidency was heavily romanticized, but when it comes down to nut-cutting, I don't think his ranking will be in the top half of all Presidents.

Trump doesn't have a "consistent track record of bankruptcies", it's coming to light that he had good reason to question the election results and he did not inspire an "invasion of the capitol". That is true. Carter's reputation has only improved since he left office. Some would say he fell on the sword (e.g., getting Volcker as the chairman of the Fed) to drastically increase rates and kill the economy in order to stop inflation. Others would say he builds houses and chews peanuts. Yet others say he says the word Pecan incorrectly. Biden, on the other hand, is a creepy career politician who has a fake smile, fake teeth, kisses young females, and is a good decade beyond when he had the mental capacity to be president.

Buckhead had already been servicing other casinos in Atlantic City, supplying beef for their restaurants, and they began to do the same for Trump.Beginning around the mid-2000s, however, Trump’s Atlantic City projects began to suffer financial blows, culminating, eventually, in a 2004 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. According to the filing, Trump Hotels owed Buckhead Beef $715,240, related to their partnership with the casino.
Two years later, on August 6, 2006, Trump filed an application to trademark Trump Steaks. A few months later, in October, the New York Inquirer published a story reporting that Trump had entered into a partnership with Buckhead Beef to sell the steaks. The now-trademarked Trump Steaks name was first used in commerce, according to filings made to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, in December 2006. To start, it appears as though Trump sold his steaks through a direct sales website, housed at www.trumpsteaks.com.
A few months later, a licensing executive with the Trump Organization approached Jerry Levin, CEO of the Sharper Image. The Trump Organization had been looking for a place to sell their newly trademarked steaks, and the executive, who was a good friend of Levin’s, thought that the product could be an interesting fit for the stores, which until that point had been better known for electronics than food products.
The idea of selling steaks, even those bearing the Donald Trump name, seemed instantly odd to Levin.
“The idea was certainly an unusual one,” he said, calling the connection between Trump Steaks and the Sharper Image “truly a non sequitur.” Levin explained that the licensing executive likely picked the Sharper Image because he and Levin had a pre-existing relationship (though Trump, in the sales commercial, refers to Sharper Image as “one of [his] favorite stores, with fantastic products of all kinds).
“I asked, ‘What is it they want us to do?’” Levin recalled. “And they really only had two criteria to the licensing agreement itself: Donald wanted his picture on the front of a Sharper Image catalog when we introduced this, and he wanted his picture in every one of our stores when we introduced it.”
