The Ukranians weren't the audience for this. Even when he said, "to those in power" and "to Putin," the audience was still Russian citizens. Considering how the Russians viewed January 6, I think what he said made a lot of sense in the context of what the goal is.

Oh and by the way? Do you all know where the bar is for shit like this? Read any and all freaking public remarks, speeches, or PR messages and then compare them to this.
