Isn’t that just wonderful, Russians will get to go back to Soviet style dentistry. If nothing else it’ll toughen up the post USSR generation.

My spouse has spent the last 27 years trying to correct the dentistry of her first 24 years. It’s still a work in progress.

@Renauda if you recall, the motivation of Marco Raimius (a Lithuanian, I might add) in "The Hunt for Red October" to defect was the horrible medical care that his wife received under Soviet medicine.

Russia's airlines are starting to worry about replacement parts. If they can't do proper maintenance and service, they might be denied access to many airports.

And, speaking of aircraft, a major supplier of fighter-jet parts is in ... Germany.
