I took this picture of the runway there when it was only 25 feet wide - by far the narrowest in the State.
I picked a day when there was absolutely no wind to land there.
It is now 50 feet wide.

Wow, I would thought there would be a bigger runway. It’s off Lake Anna and I would think there would be people flying to their weekend home…

For that there is Louisa County airport in Louisa, about 11 miles west of Lake Anna airport in Bumpass.

Haha I still remember when his mom called and asked for him by his (real) first name. Let’s call him Dave, for example. I was like “umm, I don’t know a Dave”, then I realized we used his nickname so much that some folks didn’t even know his name.
