The two-week suspension is just them trying to say 'well we did something' - it seems more than a bit childish.
Why not just introduce a Naughty Chair?
They'd really be better off examining and discussing why Whoopi Goldberg believes this about race, because I think it's indicative of a larger issue, particularly in America, where people frequently seem to think of race as being binary. You're either black, or white, with a quiet shout-out for 'Hispanic', which doesn't even mean what it says.

Do I think her apology was sincere?
Insofar as that she realizes the two things above, yup. As in, "I'm sorry you were offended" sorry.

Well, considering the same company fired Gina Carano for posting this on Instagram
I would suggest that Caryn should be fired at least to maintain consistency. If not, then I would suggest that Gina Carano is due an absolute shit-ton of money from said company.
