War over McDonald's Ice Cream Machines

Doesn't affect me personally, just somewhat interesting to read about lawsuits and business disputes between two companies over McDonald's ice cream machines. One is the supplier of those ice cream machines, the other is the supplier of some third party system that monitors and diagnose problems with those ice cream machines.
