When I took care of outpatients, I always told them, "OK, today, don't make any important decisions. Don't get married. Don't get divorced, and don't buy a house."
We wouldn't let our patients drive themselves home after anesthesia.
That said, I understand that after colonoscopies (with propofol as sedation), some countries let their
victimspatients drive home.Well, OK, then....
The White House released Joe Biden's health summary Friday — describing an active president who is "fit for duty" — hours after presidential power was temporarily transferred to Kamala Harris while Biden underwent a colonoscopy under anesthesia.
The vice president worked from her West Wing office at the White House while the president underwent the procedure during his annual physical at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, press secretary Jen Psaki said.
So, was POTUS working after riding the black snake?
If so, why can he do this and I can't drive a car?

Before any sedation or general anesthesia, I always told my patients:
"Today, don't drive a car or make any important decisions: don't get married or divorced, buy a house or a car."
When I rode the black snake several weeks ago, I was told the same thing by the staff.
So, was he legally competent after his colonoscopy?
