So how big of an endorsement deal do you think Kyle will get from Call of Duty: Urban Uprising?

One of the questions I saw on the interwebz is "Is it just possible that the prosecution is deliberately trying to lose?"
Never ask a question to which you don't already know the answer.

I listened to Ken White (Popehat) talk about this case, he says they never would have even brought charges had this not been so politicized.
I highly recommend him, by the way, via twitter, sub stack, or podcast.

I've followed him for years (in one format or another). He's sufficiently skeptical to appeal to most everyone here, even if you disagree.

Damnit, I was just going to start listening to French… I work 50 hours a week and have a 2 year old… When do you expect me to listen to all of these?

You also live in one of the top five worst areas of the entire country for traffic.

Is this remotely shocking to anybody in the country, at this point?
I suppose some lefties who simultaneously think the charges are just, and who have zero self awareness about why they feel that, might be shocked and outraged at the notion that the politics of their own outrage have anything to do with it.
