No stock!

So...
Tonight's dinner was Julia Child's Beef Bourguignon (again).
Once I started making it, I realized I had no beef stock in (ahem) stock. So, I substituted chicken stock.
When it came to sautéing the pearl onions, I used "Better than Boullion."
Still, came out damn good.
(yeah I added some spuds for the last 90 minutes)
This is not a difficult thing to make, if you can read instructions. I just takes all afternoon.
