I'm collecting interesting and healthy snack-type foods that don't include white flour. Very many years ago, I ate part of a rice cake. The reason I only ate part of it was because it was awful.

My question: Have they gotten any better?

I'm thinking cream cheese veggie spreads on top might not be too bad. . .

    TIA.

No clue. Kind bars are my guilty pleasure, but they are not terribly low calorie. Dark chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt.

@mik Thanks . . . I found Quaker Butter Popcorn Rice Cakes -- how bad can they be? -- and also Lieber's Multi-Grain Thin Rice Cakes. I'll explore.

Trail mix, various combinations of nuts, seeds, dried fruits, sometimes even chocolate pieces. :man-shrugging:

Roasted seaweed, this you can find in Asian grocery store, maybe also in Costco.

          Vegetable and root chips.

          Granola bars?

Thanks to both Ax and Loki. I'm having also to watch carbs. 😕 Plus I'm getting more committed to unprocessed foods -- "real" foods. Learning to love Mediterranean.
