Foodie Question
-
I'm collecting interesting and healthy snack-type foods that don't include white flour. Very many years ago, I ate part of a rice cake. The reason I only ate part of it was because it was awful.
My question: Have they gotten any better?
I'm thinking cream cheese veggie spreads on top might not be too bad. . .
TIA.

No clue. Kind bars are my guilty pleasure, but they are not terribly low calorie. Dark chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt.

Plus I'm getting more committed to unprocessed foods -- "real" foods. Learning to love Mediterranean.
