This is on some basic cable channel.

    What a mess.

Terrible acting, pandering to the slow-wink "I know what you're talking about" crowd, boring music, and totally obvious special effects. I caught it about 45 minutes in and gave up after another 10 minutes.

I saw the preceding film in the theater, years ago and it was, well, it was okay. Not great. This is a disaster. I imagine the final movie is even worse.

It's really pathetic what they've done to the franchise.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

        TNT.

And no, I didn't watch it, either.

I don't think I've seen any of the movies other than the original three.

The best Star Wars stuff nowadays are the computer games. Some of them are just great fun.

            I was only joking

Oddly enough, my son spent today at Galaxy’s Edge in Anaheim. He is an even bigger kid than me.

Rogue One wasn't bad. It's a stand-alone and dovetails with the original movie.

I’ll go as far as saying it was the best Star Wars movie, including the original 3…

No way, the best Star Wars movie is Phineas and Ferb Star Wars, find it on Disney+.

Prior to having my son I had only seen the first two and had no interest in the others.
