Mother's Finest was a KILLER group live. They're from Atlanta, you know.

They will be playing in Winston-Salem in August. I may go down and check them out. I have no idea how I missed knowing about them at the time.

I saw some video of them from sometime in the 2010's decade. They were all wearing sneakers and had maybe lost a step, but still a fine, fine band.
It's mostly original.
