Just feels like a general direction with which a young, playful Mozart might have gone when he wanted to one-up somebody with their own music. Simple accompaniment patterns. Simple harmonic structure, but with a bit of a twist with a brief drive-by to the dominant in major key, add fast runs for technical flare. Very much playable with small hands despite the speed, no stretch bigger than a sixth save the final octave in the left hand.
