That’s the Pennsylvania data underlying 538’s forecast.

Compare to the survey data presented by Real Clear Politics:

    Hey Ax 'ol buddy.
Maybe it's because Trump heard you playing piano?
I really don't know the reason, just guessing like everyone else.
Could be he heard me playing the piano.
So, the fence must be to keep one of us out.

Gloomy Ax, or happy happy Rainman.
    That's what's going on bud.

Toradol...But that's a shot or by mouth only, correct?

When that stuff first came out, I used to give 60 mg IV. My former partner, who ended up as a pain doc, said, "That's bullshit."

The nurses in PACU said, "Dr. K, you patients need much less morphine/dilaudid than others we see. What are you doing different."

I LOVE toradol. Love, love, love...

I was just going to post a thread about when GK was going to start a thread about that Vienna shooting thing. Really! It's the archetycal "news that GK will make a thread about" thing.

    Avaunt, churl.

Is that a Londoner thing? Do I need to learn that?

As I've been told, London has been completely taken over by Muslims, so no, a London thing would be 'Die, Infidel!'

If one dresses up in Middle-Eastern garb and kills people using a sword, one is not considered to be mentally ill, but an Islamic terrorist. If one dresses up like a Crusader and does similar, it goes without saying that one is bonkers. Obviously, one cannot be both.

Vatican says Pope's comments on same-sex civil unions were taken out of context
    https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/02/europe/vatican-pope-civil-union-intl/index.html
    — — — —
The Vatican has sought to clarify Pope Francis' comments in support of same-sex civil unions, saying they were taken out of context and do not signal a change in doctrine.

In a letter sent on October 30 from the Vatican's Secretariat of State to papal representatives (nuncios) around the world, the Vatican said that two comments made by Pope Francis in the film "Francesco" by Russian-born director Evgeny Afineevsky were taken out of context.

Joe's plan is more free stuff and setting up task forces and boards that will take at least a year to have any effect at all. At heart it is 'I'll do what he did, but BETTER!". National repopening standards are meaningless because the federal government does not have the authority to shut or open the states, short of declaring martial law.

There are only two ways out of this - therapies and vaccines. Period. Both are being worked on a breakneck speed.

It's about all they can do.

I hope her friend's family has mild symptoms and recover fully.

Good that they are doing all the above. Frustrating as a parent to get news like this. I hope they get good results and stay healthy.

The day of the mall is over. It's sad of course that people lose their jobs, but they're pretty dreadful places, and in their turn they've ruined a lot of town centers where the shops used to be.

    @Doctor-Phibes said in Fire Fauci:

From what I've seen, Fauci is honest. He might be wrong, but he tells us what he believes to be true.

Which is exactly why that particular rando scientist on a pandemic task force became a household name, and none of the others to that extent. Hate Fauci or not, but "MSM" is seen as a biased fear factory, Biden as a mouthpiece for the liberal agenda, and Trump as a mouthpiece for himself. It can't be argued that Fauci at least sounds like he's trying to be honest with us, and according to public perception, there's a serious dearth of that.

He became the face of this precisely because he's the only one on TV who sounds like he's trying to tell us the truth.

Well, the crowd sure didn't like him. Presumably because they prefer being lied to over a guy who tells them things they don't want to hear, but believes to be true.

As Larry said, there's a bunch of dumb people voting in this election.
