Actually rewatched "Downfall" about the last few days of Hitler. It was a good as I remember, but I had also forgotten quite a few parts of the movie, so it was good to watch it again.

Not really a comedy - at all.

"Tourist Season" was hysterical, and "Striptease" was a much better book than movie. In fact, the book was pretty good.

It's quite good. However, you have to understand that the 1st season incorporates storylines from the 2nd and 3rd books. Also some characters are composites of book characters.

2nd book is the best, by the way.

I think @Axtremus commented on the Chinese version. I watched about 12 episodes of the 36 episode series, which is only the 1st book. Moved kind of slow, so I gave up. It is much more faithful to the book(s).

Two episodes in - Vaughn is great. The setting's great. The narration's great.

The plot? Pure Hiassen.

Oh, the monkey, and the arm, are pretty good too.
