Thou shalt not attend rallies

Read it all.
Someone who was at the rally on Jan 6, never entered the Capitol, has had his life upended by the Biden Department of "Justice."

There ought to be avenue for civilians suffering injustice from law enforcement to seek redress promptly, but there isn’t, which is bad, and sad.

Agreed.
Why do you think the Biden DOJ signed off on this?

Yet another case where random dude tells a story to a sympathetic reporter and the FBI’s side is untold.

Agree! If I were a friend I would say “dude, you saw the riot on TV, why are you boasting you were there and to this group of TDS folks. Are you nuts? Erase that video shit now and try and keep your mouth shut.”

Joseph Bolanos was a pillar of his community. President of his Upper West Side block association for the past 23 years
Bolanos is a registered Democrat, but calls himself “an independent at heart.” He liked Trump’s policies, but was never a Trump fanatic.
He strived to keep politics out of his leadership role, knowing his neighbors were a mixture of ultra-progressives and closet conservatives.
I have no sympathy for this man.
While living in NYC, he admitted to liking Mr. Trump's policies.
Keep it in the closet where it belongs.

At least one judge did too. Maybe the good gentleman was too busy helping old ladies across the street to give us the full story?
Just a thought…

Or maybe it's a self-fulfilling prophecy of the Swamp protecting itself? After the FISA mess, I think one can find a judge in D.C. to sign anything....

In this case, does it matter?

Of course it matters.

When you look at all the stories about this guy on or around Feb 11, you see many different quotes from neighbors about him being the middle of things on Jan 6, apparently he said it to neighbors, in the local cafe and on social media. He is alleged to have called it a great day.
Now does that mean he loses his rights as a citizen to due process and assumption of innocence? Heck no. But does it provide more context to the story that the writer left out and did the writer intentionally write his own narrative, heck yes.
So there you have it folks.

The tales get taller in proportion to the original time from the event...

If you interview 100 convicted prisoners, you'll get about 95 stories of miscarriage of justice.
You don't think maybe some people are dishonest - even Trump supporters?
