The weirdest food in North Dakota is a pastie?
Living there must be a real rollercoaster ride
You're a come here. We'll excuse you for not knowing that's Montana.
Oops. My apologies to North Dakota, if there's anybody in there.
I would apologise to Montana, but they're probably all out of it, recovering from the decadence and debauchery of yesterday's Sunday afternoon pasty parties.

Goetta is awesome, but it's only in Cincinnati.
Garbage Plates are from a single restaurant in Rochester - Nick Tahoe’s.

The original was macaroni salad, beans, two cheeseburger patties, and homefries. People would cut up the patties and mix it all up. It very much looked like garbage on a plate after that.

@brenda what's a pickle dog and how come ND gets lutefisk?
I had no idea what it was until George posted the link. Must be from the days when people were avoiding carbs?
Let me know if it's good.
ND gets lutefisk because they don't know any better.
