Seems a bit harsh. I think they are opening up too quickly, but then I don't really know the situation in the ground there.

One of the frequent lines you hear from the Covid doves is 'lets protect the vulnerable and let everyone else go back to work'.

But so far most states that have re-opened don't have a provision for vulnerable people to be protected. Like everybody else they have to go back to work or lose their income. (unless they're vulnerable for being old, then they might have social security).

It doesn't matter, you know the situation in the ground here.

That means you could predict for every member here whether Iowa is opening too quickly.

For example, jon and Aqua think they are opening too quickly, Larry thinks they are not.

There’s no more free money to hand out folks. And it’s gonna be real hard to do the inevitable raising of taxes when people aren’t working. Everyone is going broke.

            Hah.

As if there was free money available 6 weeks ago.
