The thing is, I think she manages 100+ nurses and others in the emergency department.

I'm not really familiar with her work, but I expect when she has a baby she will be well known, I might have trouble sneaking in.

I read in the paper this AM that Sentara hospital (the competition) is going to allow 2 visitors now instead of only 1. Maybe it will change at her hospital too.
