Very well done in my opinion!

It’s past time but hopefully in time. Xi has some things to think about and hopefully some internal pressure that he took things too far.
Funny how that Wuhan lab has evolved from Q conspiracy to world news.

Time will tell. Joe has talked tough about Russia, but look at his actions...

Won’t work that way. China (or more specifically, the CCP) deserve of a lot of criticism for its human rights record, it’s treatment of the people of Hong Kong and Tibet, etc. But some “statement” made by a bunch of foreign countries is not going to make Xi (or any CCP leader) lose any sleep. No more than any similar statement, if directed at Russia, would make Putin lose any sleep.
Specifically for China, it’s easy enough for the CCP to spin something like this into a nationalist rally cry. In the year 1900, the Eight-Nation Alliance militarily invaded China. These “eight nations” included Germany, Japan, Russia, Britain, France, the United States, Italy and Austria-Hungary. The people of China to this day still regard that as a national insult. It’d be easy enough for the CCP to compare the G7’s statement to the invasion by the Eight-Nation Alliance invasion and expect the citizenry to rally against the G7 as yet another foreign conspiracy to keep China down.
Doesn’t mean the G7 shouldn’t have done it, just that more will need to be done, including concrete policy actions, just have an effect.

The important point is the G7 could cooperate in making such a bold statement and in the US now the efforts by China to influence our foreign policy toward them have been undone. If Xi saw this coming his rhetoric of late doesn’t show it.
Also think about Russia Russia Russia in our country for the last 4 years…what a joke.
Biden ough to be careful…his Putin words over the weekend make it sounds like he wants to deal with China and Russia simultaneously… and a very progressive agenda domestically. Sound like a recipe for failure.
