I’m surprised Dunkin Donuts is that far from Fenway. There’s 2-3 Dunkin Donuts every block in Boston.

Good point.
There used to be a Dunkin in the alley, just to the left. But it's closed now, I'm sure they'll be a replacement in the future.
To the right is an entrance to Fenway that will bring you to 3rd base.
