Interesting. I thought Memorial Day was like "Tomb Sweeping Day" in Asia, which is a day to honor your ancestors. I did not realize that it was just for the military.
I thought that Veterans Day in the US was for that.
I learn something new here every day!!!

In 1926, Congress called for an annual observance of the anniversary and by 1938 it was an official federal holiday. A few decades later, in 1954, President Dwight D. But the point is that the Vice-President of the US thinks it's about a 3 day weekend with no mention of, you know...the thing.

Trump also seems to have forgotten something vital - the reason gas prices were so low was because nobody was able to go anywhere
