Not just technically. Geographically. But the West Bank refers to the Jordan river which has two banks, west and east. The geographic border between Asia and Africa is the Suez Canal.

Although as far as sports and culture we are considered Europe, so we participate in the euroleague basketball league, or the Eurovision Song Contest.
