Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

159 breakthrough cases in Montana is pretty damn big, considering they are only a little over a million people and 33% are fully vaccinated.

How sick are the breakthrough cases? Symptomatic, asymptomatic, hospitalized, deaths?

                That's the missing element.

Read the article. Hospitalizations and deaths are right on par with pre-vaccination numbers.

I missed that. Its there. The fear is real that the longer the virus is out the more variants and the sooner the need for booster shots.

It would seem to me this is being insufficiently investigated. Are they sick? What level of symptoms? With Ohio opening fully 6/2 and distancing going by the wayside in restaurants this concerns me.

I agree but it's still very early. Hard to get something comprehensive yet.

Maryland also. I've been preaching for about a year now that if the virus doesn't decide to infect you based on what everyone else is doing, then why in the hell leave it up to societal norms to define what "safe" is?

Covid cost our economy 16-20 trillion dollars, and we just opened the economy wide open presumably because we know we will be paying the cost of that for a long time and we couldn’t survive another shutdown. So to me if you don’t get vaccinated and you die or kill someone that’s on you.

The breakthrough stuff simply highlights future risks of spread and need for new vaccines or booster shots.

We will be living with risk for years and I suspect many companies and businesses will restrict your behavior if you don’t get vaccinated.
