Credit score fun

I use Credit Karma to follow my credit score. Yeah, I know it's not necessarily the best, and there might be discrepancies between what they report and what a bank would use.
Frankly, at my age, with my level of debt and my assets, I don't really care what my credit score is.
Still it's fun to watch.
Today, my credit score went down a point, because my credit card balance on two accounts increased.
By $100.

Thanks. I'd never considered that. I've always hesitated about asking friends (heh, "friends") for financial help, but this might be the perfect occasion to make me reconsider.

I don’t care a lick about my credit score but I do like the monthly update to make sure no one put a credit card in my name.
Anyway my credit score has oscillated wildly and seriously folks for no real reason at all. It is entirely based on credit card expenses (no debt). I did suffer an over hundred point drop when my identity was stolen, that’s when I started looking. It comes free with my insurance company.
I think I was just “good” for a long time. It was funny actually.
