Lack of testing and lack of personal protective equipment are still problems. Feels like the start of it is likely to be a fustercluck.
Already, even with the use of the DPA to force the opening of meat processing pants has led to law suits and court order that complicates matters.
This next one is about worker’s comp in the era of COVID-19:

Treatment is nice but the efficacy is still limited (e.g., Remdesivir only reduces hospital stay by a few days, and I doubt you’d let a recovering patient immediately goes back to work). Short of an effective vaccine, we really need to get the testing capacity and supply of PPE sorted out, along with safety guidelines/regulations that can actually be supported by the testing capacity and the supply of the PPE.
