Glad the officer is alright, and respect for not firing at the other guy (bystander?) who came out to look, not easy to assess and hold back in the thick of the stressful situation.
The video shows only one police officer. Wonder if there was another partner police officer who was there with him.

Not sure. There is a TV station logo in the top right corner. However, the camerawork looks a bit too professional, and I wonder if it was staged.
