I'd love his job. What an ego boost! Everywhere you go, the power you have over anyone at any level is immense. You are a god in defense of righteousness, and everyone is at least partially guilty at the get-go.

And why the gender bias? Certainly there were female-gendered applicants that were deliberately overlooked. The system itself is misogynist. No way a male-like person should be in such a position of godism, regardless of color.
