You can read all about it at the link, but it is based on the protocols below. It's a good plan.

    https://coronavirus.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/covid-19/responsible-restart-ohio/

    5 PROTOCOLS FOR ALL BUSINESSES:

No mask, no work, no service, no exception. Require face coverings for employees and clients/customers at all times.

Conduct daily health assessments by employers and employees (self-evaluation) to determine if “fit for duty.”

Maintain good hygiene at all times – hand washing, sanitizing and social distancing.

Clean and sanitize workplaces throughout workday and at the close of business or between shifts.

Limit capacity to meet social distancing guidelines.
Establish maximum capacity at 50% of fire code.
And, use appointment setting where possible to limit congestion.

TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS WHEN A COVID-19 INFECTION IS IDENTIFIED:

Immediately report employee or customer infections to the local health district.

Work with local health department to identify potentially exposed individuals to help facilitate appropriate communication/contact tracing.

Shutdown shop/floor for deep sanitation is possible.

    Professionally clean and sanitize site/location.

Reopen in consultation with the local health department.

The cleaners will have to be trained certified according to ?? standards.

And there will have to be inspectors who check the cleaners. The rules for this will have to be written.

And he still needs a goal/triggers/schedule for when non-essentials will reopen.

For now it's just " until related orders are amended or rescinded."

What is required to happen to cause them to be rescinded?

          My thoughts exactly.

Those are all nice ideas. I still don't know when, or why anything will reopen.

It is a good start. I will continue to be somewhat "afraid" to go to places and will continue to self isolate as much as possible.

I am comforted that we all as individuals are able to self-quarantine to our own taste and ability.

                Education is extremely important.
