Risk is a great game. But there are common elements there too. You always want to take North America, and never try to hold Europe or Asia until you ware way dominant.
It's like in Monopoly, whoever takes the orange and purple ones will win.
North America is important, but taking Australia and South America early are absolutely key.

I just set up an account. Once we get enough people, I will create a game that will give each player 24 hours to complete a turn.
Who is in?

@lufins-dad Me. (I seem to remember doing this once upon a time with one of the piano forum groups, probably 10 or so years ago?)

There’s a risk-like game I used to play with @Kincaid called Conquer Club. It was pretty cool.

Wait... I think there was a large number of us that played...

Yep, Conquer Club. My original account I got so bad I was just a "private" and so I quit. I then re-joined and tried to work more intentionally and smart and slowly got up to Colonel or something but eventually found myself losing so often, and sliding down in rank, that I didn't enjoy it any longer and just quit playing.

Does that go back to Invision days? Or even earlier?
