George, is it possible that you'll be asked to resume your medical job?

@Klaus said in 6000 docs speak about the pandemic - a survey:

George, is it possible that you'll be asked to resume your medical job?

Very unlikely. Having 3 co-morbidities associated with higher mortality from coronavirus (hypertension - well controlled, type II diabetes - well controlled on diet alone, and "advanced age" (I'll be 70 soon), I doubt they would want to expose me.

I suppose I could function in some kind of simple capacity, giving anesthesia for urgent cases that would otherwise tie someone up. However, I couldn't function as a GP or anything like that. I'm way out of the loop for that kind of stuff.

I couldn't get past question #1. The answers don't go with the question., except maybe "don't know".

                Passed the peak?

                Passed it what?

@Copper thought the same. Strange poll.
