And here's what will happen... Biden is going to plant "affordable housing" in the suburbs, using calls of equity to build or fund a migration out from the cities. In order for many of these folks to get to work or to return to the city for whatever reason, public transportation will be subsidized and provided.
Mr. Biden does not care that housing values will fall or that suburban public schools will suffer. Mr. Biden (or more correctly, his handlers) needs to move Democrat voters (Gibmedats) from areas of higher concentrations to areas of lower concentration. The guilt-ridden suburban soccer moms will never know what hit them.
It only takes 51% of the vote to win an election. Inner cities such as Philadelphia, voted almost 100% (
) for Mr. Biden in the last election. Even 10% of the inner city population could probably turn many suburban areas blue. This will effect local elections, state elections and have a large effect on Congressional races.Using Equity as a cover, it's simply pure power politics and a way to try to ensure a permanent Demonrat majority in the House.
