Disney makes dress code more ‘inclusive’ for theme park employees

Employees now have flexibility on hairstyles, jewelry, nail styles and can show tattoos

The "Happiest Place on Earth" is focusing on inclusion.

On Tuesday, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Chairman Josh D’Amaro announced that the company’s theme parks have added inclusion as one of their core values.

In part, that means theme park employees will have more flexibility in their dress code, particularly around personal expression.

According to D’Amaro’s announcement, Disney will allow workers to have more "gender-inclusive hairstyles, jewelry, nail styles and costume choices." Cast members will also be allowed to show "appropriate" tattoos.

I have agree with Copper on this topic, they are indeed idiots. I cannot abide tattoos or other forms of permanent body art on people. Vanity, nothing but extreme vanity.

Since when did Disney become about the employees rather than the guests, especially the kids who don't want to see a dragon or some other crap on Cinderella's neck?

Evidently they don't value my dollars highly enough for me to spend them there.
