    Iran and Russia are weaker. China perhaps as their economy is a mess now. But I don’t know about the military. Probably stronger. Not sure how it nets out and how you would weight it.

        Definitely bigger in terms of manpower. Untested in combat since the late 1970s against Vietnam. A distant memory to a couple of retired senior officers otherwise, a case study for officer cadets on how not to wage war in mountainous jungle terrain against a battle hardened military force on the defensive.
