Biden's Lies

“A dozen CEOs of America’s largest utility companies told me earlier this year that my plan would reduce the average family’s annual utility bills by $500 and accelerate our transition from energy produced by autocrats.”
— President Biden, in an opinion article titled “My Plan for Fighting Inflation,” published in the Wall Street Journal, May 30The president wrote in an opinion article on his inflation plan — presumably vetted by staff — that utility executives told him “my plan would reduce the average family’s annual utility bills by $500.”
But he didn’t hear that from utility executives.
And the report he is citing is not about household utility-bill savings.
Most of the claimed savings comes from the reduced cost of driving.
And the estimate is for 2030 — when he would no longer be president, even if he served a second term.
Is there any doubt the president earns Four Pinocchios? -

@George-K But is it a lie if you are so dementia that you believe or dont understand what you are saying? LOL
The lie, in this case, is that of the White House altering the transcript.

Lad, I once told the CEO of a hospital that a certain pathologist was a lyin' SOB, and if he would just get that MF on the phone, to tell him I'd meet him on the hospital boulevard and I'd kindly whip his ass all the way out to the main street.

The Catholic Church's position on abortion has changed:
President Biden is taking Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (S.C.) and other Republicans to task over a proposed nationwide abortion ban, a topic set to be a galvanizing issue in the midterm elections.
“Think about what these guys are talking about,” Biden told a Democratic National Committee fundraiser in New York this week. “No exceptions — rape, incest — no exceptions, regardless of age,” he said of the proposed ban.
“I happen to be a practicing Roman Catholic,” he added. “My church doesn’t even make that argument now.”
Waiting for the Washington Post "Fact" Checker to weigh in on this whopper.
