I used to work in Annapolis. Been in the area for many a boat show weekend. I have never and I literally mean never seen a larger or more extraordinary wanker convention in all my life.

Not everyone who owns a boat is a Judge Smails-type shitbag. But if you're a Judge Smails-type shitbag, you definitely either own one or want to.
