      Wow.

      Only non-witches get due process.

Love to have them give CT scans to a random sample

And follow it up in three weeks to see how many stayed asymptomatic. Any given snapshot in time doesn't mean a great deal by itself if you don't know when the infestation got started. We could end up with a mass epidemic of COPD in a few years.

We don’t know how much of the crew of the cruise ship had GGO.

37-48% of GGO disappears in three months. Of course we don’t know about CV patients and much GGO has other long term causes.

@Mik I'm curious -- if they test asymptomatically, how long does the virus remain in their system? Until knocked out by a vaccine? If they are asymptomatic, does the immune system kick in or not? Or does the virus just get eradicated in the body over time?

@Ivorythumper I would think the immune system would have to kick in or the virus would simply continue to replicate. But I am not an epidemiologist.

Accuse wouldn’t knock out the virus it would (ideally) stimulate the same immune response the virus would stimulate.

A healthy immune system would respond to the presence of the virus even if the person were symptomatic.
