I like Rick Beato a lot. He just loves music.
Some of his explanations of music theory get a little incomprehensible (to me, at least, so of course it could be my fault), as he sometimes uses his own terminology and theories, but he's definitely worth a listen.

One of the things I like about him is that he's very open-minded about music. I don't have to agree with him, but it's nice to see somebody not just dismissing stuff, which I know is a bad habit of mine (and not just in music!). He tends to give things a fair listen.

Often times—and especially when they can explain themselves—it's a good indication someone knows more than me about a thing. I like hearing from folks like that.

Just don't listen to him talk about music theory. He doesn't make it any simpler. I'm sure he knows what he means, but I very much doubt that anybody else does.
