Wisdom on shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic from the Mayor of Osaka Mr. Ichiro Matsui

    https://www.foxnews.com/world/japanese-mayor-faces-backlash-for-saying-men-should-grocery-shop-rather-than-women-amid-outbreak-because-theyre-more-efficient

Let men do the shopping, because women take too long.

“When a woman goes [they] take a long time as they browse around and hesitate about this and that ... Men can snap up things they are told and go, so I think it's good that they go shopping, avoiding human contact“

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

My husband comes home from the store and tells me things just hopped into the cart, or that he doesn't know how they got in the cart.

Does this happen to you men, too?

Does that happen only when he shops with you?

No, it happens when he shops without me.

Chips, beef jerky, hotdogs, ... these things are not on the list, yet there they are in the bags he brings home.

Does this happen to all men? To you?

@brenda Nope! I am laser focused when I go shopping. Anything that is not essential does not go in the cart.

I detest hotdogs, most chips, an other junk food.
