Made a big double batch of jambalaya

First heresy: Yellow and orange peppers instead of green. I HATE green peppers.

Also, brown rice instead of white.

Yummy as hell and 6 more meals of it in the freezer.

Substitute sweet banana pepper for the bell pepper.
