The state sites do Pfizer. The pharmacies do Moderna. And the Javits now has separate nighttime appointments for the J&J. So basically, at least for now, you can choose your shot. Assuming you qualify to begin with and are patent/diligent about checking for appointments.

I am still waiting to qualify in Oregon. My wife has had it (teacher) and my middle has had it (she just signed up at a pharmacy signing something attesting that she was eligible and then noted she was dealing with the public every day at her job, which was true).
